Marchioness Ariadne Boroughs is a big fan of parties. And while her parties are fantastic all year round, her annual New Year's Eve party is known all over the island for being the biggest and the best. Any and every noble in the country is invited, and any commoner who can pull off a glamorous enough outfit can make it past the guards. The champagne fountain is constantly flowing, dazzling sugar sculptures decorate tables filled with decadent desserts, and the music doesn't stop until every last dancer has collapsed. It's time to ring in the new year the right way.
This is the first of our New Event Rules. As a refresher, this means:
1) Each interaction during the party should be its own thread.
2) Party-goers may take part in multiple threads, so long as they do not contradict each other.
3) All threads should include the same overall details about the party itself
4) Have fun!
Facts about the party:
- Yes there really is a champagne fountain. Yes, it's good champagne.
- All the food is dessert. Not one healthy thing offered.
- There are other drinks besides champagne, a full-service bar with a well-dressed male bartender.
- Ariadne is there, her husband is conspicuously absent.
- Ariadne will probably dance with a handsome stranger. You're welcome to note that if you like. Most people won't recognize Theo Davore .
- The music will be fast and include group dances at the top of the night, and get slower toward the early hours.

- It takes place indoors at Willow's Edge, in the ballroom.
