Pandora gave a smile at that, happy to hear that as she tried her best to make the best items that were not damaged or held any defects. “Thank you, I always worry that things might not be good but I think that’s just me wanting to be perfect,” she told him with a little chuckle.
A frown was on her face as he was beating her but that didn’t deter her as she would move her own pieces and manage to claim a couple of his but he was still winning. She didn’t mind though, he was fun to play against so she would continue to attempt to beat him!
A little laugh left her as he looked clearly worried, “You had the one for the soldier who wanted something to stay awake longer, this is for another person but can also be added to that. It’s just coffee, it hasn’t had anything else added to it to make it weird…well weirder to you that is,” she told him with a bit of a laugh at that. She really did love the looks on his face when he got confused about something she was doing, it only endeared him to her further.

De Sardet smiled. Sometimes, he thought Pandora worried too much. There was little she could do about shipping. As long as a her product was good (and it was) then she was doing well.
He still enjoyed playing with people, even when he out classed them. Part of it was the simple joy of the game. Part of it was the attempt to not entirely destroy his opponent. Because while that was enjoyable too, he already knew he could do that. Sometimes, he learned a lot more if he cut it closer or almost lost. Though...he naturally found it hard to throw a match.
"Oh, right," he said with a relieved sigh. He must have missed something. That didn't usually happen but he had been a bit distracted by chess. Though he supposed in general a lot of what Pandora did confused him. Which was why he was always so interested. He snorted softly. Yeah, coffee was rather weird tasting. He couldn't argue with the effects though, even if he didn't need them.
Their game finished a few minutes later. The nobleman had beaten her, but it was a questionable game there for a while as he let her have more control of the board than he probably should have. "You're getting better," he noted with a smile, leg bouncing again. He glanced out the window. "I should be heading back soon," he added with a frown. But he did have to get back to patrol.

Pandora would continue to play against him, biting her lip and thinking. She was trying her best to make the best of this match between them. Each time they played against each other it felt like she got better. Even if she never won, she had fun against him.
"Coffee is used in a lot of things; including medicine, the caffeine in it is a great anti-inflammatory for those with breathing problems," she told him as she would keep moving her pieces and even claiming a few more of his but as he usually did, he won.
There was a playful pout on her face now as she looked to him but there was a smile still. "You're a great teacher," she told him with a happy smile as she then groaned and sighed, giving a nob but first she'd grab a cloth and pack up a few snacks for him while he was out there. There was a little hum as she put in a vial as well and then held them to him, "Then take this, some snacks and then pure tea extract to help if you start feeling like your throat is sore or you just feel crummy," she told him with a happy smile. She loved having him around but was always sad when he had to go.

De Sardet sighed dramatically with a playful smile. It always came back to the breathing problems. Not that she was wrong to worry about him, he knew. It was endearing how much she cared. "Well, guess it's too bad I don't like coffee then," he teased.
The comment about teaching earned a raised eyebrow. He actually probably could be a better teacher if he tried harder. That would be fair. Next time for sure. Especially after she packed him snacks for his patrol. He smiled faintly and accepted the parcel. "Thanks, Pan," he said genuinely. "You're too good to me. I'll let you know if I look at dogs somewhere," he promised, stepping in for a small hug before moving back to collect his cloak and step outside.
