MARKINGS :: He has several scars throughout his body from his weaponry training and the several battles he has been in. His arms and chest have several burn scars from his work in the smithy.
PERSONALITY :: He is a very closed off/ reserved man. Not too many people know much about him. He keeps to himself, mostly, and often holds everyone an arm’s length away from him. He rarely gives others the time of day. Caleb spends most of his time and energy in his work and helping his sister or whomever else he can offer his laboring help to. Instead, he comes across as put-off, unfriendly, and uninterested.

DISLIKES :: Ignorance, dishonesty, people who treat others (especially his sister) wrongly, judgmental people, messing up, summer having to work over flames when it’s insanely hot out, vegetables, tea.
GRAMARYE :: None
ABOUT CALEB ::
The oldest born to Joseph and Kina Shaw of Teronna. They were a family of respected blacksmiths known for their work. It was always known and expected that Caleb would follow in that line of work and he began learning the art of ironwork at just the age of six. He could always be seen at his father’s side, learning the trade and everything he could. He made his first knife at just seven years old.
Caleb’s younger sister, Vera, was also born when he was six years old, and he immediately loved her unconditionally. He decided that he wanted to protect her no matter what, and he personally made this his responsibility in life. He vowed to keep her safe however possible.
But when King Allarick's war on magic escalated, Caleb’s family were unfortunately caught in the line of fire. Their village was attacked and pillaged, and Vera (at fifteen years old) would suffer injury from a stampede of frightened horses- she was hit in the head, causing her to lose her sight. He was twenty-one, then, and at the time of the attack, he had rushed to aid in defending the village, causing him to lose sight of Vera. Though it had been out of his control, and he was needed to help ward off the attacks, he never forgave himself for what happened to his sister. This caused him to become more defensive and over-protective of her.
When the war continued and their village was hit again, Caleb witnessed both their parents become slaughtered as he tried to get Vera to safety. It’s an image he will never be able to wipe from his memory.
He and Vera boarded a ship for Aralore and decided to settle there. Caleb, by chance, ran into Graham Aldridge, whom he had once met back in Teronna. He and his sister were invited to stay with the Aldridge family until they could settle and get themselves on their own feet. Caleb immediately picked his work back up as a blacksmith- it seemed Aralore was in need of more of them, which was lucky enough for him. He keeps himself extremely busy between that, caring for his sister and helping wherever and however he can on the Aldridge family’s property.
