[Pandora Valis]

Pandora was feeling rather pretty today, so even though she was spending all day in her shop, she wore one of her favorite dresses and had a simple black apron tied around her slender waist. A soft hum came from the small woman who worked around her shop, refilling tins and bottles and then pulling out some herbs to place in a bowl to make a cream for someone who was in need.

Heading to the counter that doubled as a work station, she sat, tied her long hair back in a silvery ribbon to keep it from her face as she took some coconut oil she had made earlier and set it over a low flame to slowly melt it as she started the process of extracting the healing properties from the herbs.

She was humming a little bit as she had another set up n front of her that was a burning with a dish and then the herbs being placed inside it and a firm stone set up in the middle to rest a metal bowl on and then a special lit that let the steam collect at the top and drip into the bowl. As she added in the herbs and then filled the basin with water, she'd hear the door ope, "Hi there! Welcome to the Moon Flower!" Pandora happily called out from her spot. It was a quiet day so she knew it was a new person entering as she set the lid down. Soon the scent of mint and peppermint would start to fill the air as she looked around the device to see who had entered.

Angel was running rather low on supplies. It had been a habit of his for some time now to keep certain herbs on his person at all times. Whether it was to give some quick repairs to little wounds or anything else. Having lavender or mint around were usually his go to for pretty much everything. After asking around a bit he found out there was a herb shop in town that the blonde hadn't visited yet. Normally he liked picking his own things but it was nice to support local businesses when he could.

As Angel walked in and was immediately met with the scent of peppermint and mint he knew he'd come to the right place after all. He pushed some strands of hair out of his face as he turned to the source of the voice. "Ah, afternoon." He stated as he walked towards her. "I've run low on some supplies and I heard this was the place to get some herbs."

Pandora gave a happy smile as she hopped down from her spot, the small woman walking around to see the man, "Afternoon Sir and yes you have what are you low on?" she asked him curiously before remembering her manners of course which tended to fall to the wayside when she was a little mentally distracted.

She would dip into a small curtsy, "Apologies, my name is Pandora sometimes I forget to introduce myself sometimes, do you need things in bulk or just enough to get by for ease of travel?" she asked him curiously. If she had her way, she tended to over stock people to the point they would need a pack mule to help them with everything but then she'd be running out of stock relatively quickly and that wouldn't be good.

Watching the woman step down it appeared she wasn't much shorter than him at all. There was a sense of joy to that thought that Angel found rather amusing. It wasn't often he found people anywhere near his height let alone slightly shorter. Though he did suppose it would be easier for a woman to be closer to his height. As she made her way over he balled his right hand into a fist and placed it over his heart in the normal greeting he'd learned from the Chargers.

"My name is Angel. My men and I are in town for a bit, normally I pick my own supplies but I like supporting businesses." His eyes wandered around for a bit. The shop felt cozy and warm. Like he could stay in there for a while just looking around. Maybe that was just him personally. The others certainly felt more at home in a tavern. "I just need enough for some travel. I've run out of lavender and mint mostly. Though I suppose I could restock on Poppy while I'm here."

Pandora thought nothing about the gentleman's hight, everyone she met was taller than her but he was only just. That sprung a little bit of pride in her and she smiled a bit more before dipping into a small curtsy to the man when he greeted her his way.

"Its a pleasure to meet you Angel and aren't you kind I thank you for thank," she told him with a bit of a smile as she tilted her head some when he started to speak, "Oh I have fresh, dried, and extracts of all of those. Which would you like? And I am always a little careful with the poppy, you do know how to handle it properly yes?" Pandora asked him curiously before she divulged where everything was; safety first!

She was happy for the new client and maybe whenever he was around she could have him coming around each time to help resupply him and offer him special bulk deals if needed as well.

Angel scanned the room for a moment in thought then turned his attention back to the woman. "Fresh lavender and mint and some poppy extract would be nice." Her question on if he knew how to use poppy properly was fair. It could be dangerous. "I do, luckily I don't have to use it often but it is nice to have it on hand."

Luckily the woman seemed nice enough. There had been more than enough times he'd gone to a store that the owners were less than pleasant to talk to. Or simply didn't seem interested in talking with him at all before he bought something. Though he was a bit curious. There weren't many herb shops that he'd found anywhere. Let alone in Teronna. Most general stores simply sold their herbs along side everything else though they were rarely good quality.

"Do you own this store?"

Pandora nodded as she then went over to a special crate she kept her fresh herbs in and opened it. She would pull out a couple of vases that held lavender and then another smaller one that held mint. "Good I like to be sure because well I know what it does and I'm always careful with it," she told him with a bit of a smile as she crouched behind the counter and unlocked a box to pull out a decent-sized vial with a stopper and set it on the counter.

a hum left her for a moment as she pulled out some cloth bags, "I do yes my mother left it to me to do as I please and I wanted to keep selling and working on them. It's a hobby and a passion for me," she told him with a smile as she would carefully start to place the lavender in the bag carefully to protect it.

"I found out I am the only herbalist shop aside from any monastery around for miles and it's kind of sad since people can always use herbs to help with everyday lives or personal care or just to have while traveling," she told him with a smile as she carefully closed that one and then went to work on the mint, "Any other herbs? I just finished drying out some ginger, turmeric, some elm bark, and alder," she told him as she carefully kept placing the mint into the bag.

"I haven't met many people who are passionate about herbs. It's refreshing to meet someone who knows what she's doing." There had been some monks other nuns that he'd met in his travels that sold them but it was normally just as a way to bring in coin. Not that he could really blame them for that either. Still, it was nice to see someone who found the importance in herbs. "I'm being the only shop has its perks though."

When she asked if he needed anything else Angel paused in thought for a moment. It never hurt to have some extra things on hand. One never knew when something might be needed. Still, he didn't like carrying around too much. His tongue poked out in thought for a moment before he nodded to himself. "Some elm bark would be lovely actually." He stated as his eyes wandered curiously around the shop again.

"Do you enjoy running the shop? Do you get many customers?"

"I feel it should be shared and not just hoarded up in secluded locations where no one wishes to share their secrets so my mother and her mother before her did the hard work of getting and learning the information and passing it down to me," she said with a warm tone before nodding a little, "I won't lie it does but it can be a bit crazy at times when it's just me," she told him with a little chuckle.

At that, she would pull some out and place that in a paper wrapping the bark up carefully and then tying it off with twine before bringing his goods over to the counter.

"I do love it yes I get to help many people and make some fun things- even personal hygiene products which is always a great," she told him as she carefully placed the items into a bag for him, "Daily yes and even when I'm closed I have a letterbox where people can drop off their orders and I'll get them filled within two days," she said with a smile, "Anything else?" Pandora inquired, writing down what he ordered on a slip with neat cursive.

Angel had only wound up learning about certain herbs, plants, and berries for the health and safety of his men. It hadn't exactly been something he was passionate about. Though he supposed he was passionate about the health of his men. Still, it was nice. There weren't many people he'd met in his life that really loved what they did.

"Oh? You make soaps?" Angel was much more focused on personal hygiene than the other man would. Just because they had to march around stealing, killing, or guarding people didn't mean they had to smell bad while doing it. "I might be interested in some of that if you have any." Perhaps he could force the boys to take some baths. At least Apollo.

Pandora was carefully packaging his plants for him, her hands being very gentle with the items and getting them wrapped in a way they wouldn't get damaged.

His question made her smile and nod, "Yes, let me pull them out," she told him as she would place the herbs to the side before bending down to pick up a basket that had paper wrapped soaps and on them neatly written what was inside them; it ranged from mint to rosemary and to mixes. On them it described the various health benefits that they would do and some even were exfoliating, "If you wanted a specific mixture, I can make it for you. It would take a day but thats mostly just setting time," she told him with a little smile. 

Making things like this had always been a fun hobby for her and personal care had so many health benefits that she was glad she started to do them because it made people feel better.
