ABOUT LIAM ::
- Liam is the oldest son of Callum and Orla Donnelly. His parents were once successful farmers in Aralore, with a flourishing land of crops.
- When the second war hit, their farm had been horribly damaged. Their mother passed away from an illness and it caused their father to completely lose himself and fall into a deep depression. No matter what he and Keiran tried, nothing would help bring him back to reality. He spent a lot of time allowing his life to spiral out of control: going on drinking binges at every tavern, gambling away nearly all the money the family had left, or not coming home for extended periods of time.
- A lot of times, Callum locks himself away in his room, leaving the two brothers to try and keep the farm running. However, it feels like a constant struggle that can never be resolved.
- Liam had been in a serious relationship with Rebecca, whom he had known for many years and loved deeply. When he had proposed to her, she declined and admitted she was in love with another and left him. The man she fell for was a rich noble and could give her a lot more than what Liam ever could (was what she had told him).
- He hasn’t entirely given up on the hope for love, but is rather scorned by his previous love and fears that other women would do the same once they find out he is nothing but a farmer and doesn’t have a lot to his name.
- He constantly worries about his younger brother and that he will follow the same path as their father with drinking, gambling and his obsession with women. He tries his best to keep him out of trouble and is constantly urging him to get his life back on track.
- Liam has been working on building some sort of invention that he is unsure of, but feels it would be a huge help to farmers and builders everywhere. He keeps failing to get it to work but doesn't know how to give up.
