APPEARANCE: Alice is your all around average woman. She stands at a typical 5'5" and weighs a healthy 130lbs. Wide, dark brown eyes - almond in their shape, coupled with her thick, dark brown hair gives her a rather inconspicuous look, perfect for her trade in life. Her face is very small, despite it's heart shape. High cheekbones pair with a somewhat squared off jaw that softly narrows into a proportionate chin. Her lips are average size, perhaps a bit more full than an average person's. Her eyebrows are generally left at a natural thickness with a high arch that completes her overall smoldering look. Her body is kept well toned and in tip-top shape.
In her attire, she tends to dress very well, as a lady-in-waiting to the queen should. While not the type to adorn much jewelry, she choose to at least keep her outfits cohesive with a necklace or pair of earrings. Mascara is often times worn in conjunction with a soft red lip and more often than not, her hair is done up in loose or ringlet curls that fall softly around her face, accentuating her features and giving her more of a princess look than anything. Dresses tend to be off shoulder and floor length. Those that aren't are usually paired with a lace corset to give them that added flair.
When on spy duty, her look tends to change dramatically. Her brown hair will more often than not be tied back either into a tight pony tail or a high bun. She forgoes anything with a skirt in lieu of more form-fitting clothing with a little stretch. However, she tends to pack a few fancy clothing just in case she needs to finesse a target or look the part for a little sweet-talkin'.

PERSONALITY: Alice is as sassy and blunt as they come. A sharp tongue with a 'better-than-you' attitude might not seem appealing to many, but it's gotten her quite far in life. She tends to struggle with keeping her thoughts to herself and instead opts for the 'well, this is what I think' way of socializing. She speaks her mind with a confidence that only further conveys the better than thou personality so often associated with being a member of the de Leon family. She has the no-nonsense attitude to match.
Intelligent and able to solve the most complex of problems, it's no surprise why her family has been loyally aiding the Royals for so many generations. Well, that and their aptitude for transparency coupled with a willingness to serve. While not typically the type to bow to authority or take orders, there is still a sense of duty in Alice that seems to be the very core of everything she is and ever will be. She has a knack for getting results, no matter the cost, and does so with the efficiency of a well trained soldier. However, she still knows just when to be cautious and quit while she's ahead, a skill that many people seem to lack.
When it comes to family, friends, and the Royals she is so keen to serve, there is not a mean bone in her body. Any cold, heartless persona she puts on takes the back burner to a more caring and kind approach. While this cannot be said for her position on the romantic front, it is clear that the young woman values those who can match her loyalty over those who can only offer her a night of pleasure and few measly 'I love you's. But of course, it's quite likely that past relationships - more specifically, her ex-husband - are to blame for her aversion to the fairy-tale love stories.
Alice is what most would call "high-maintenance." She has a taste for the finer things in life, no doubt a direct result of being spoiled all her life. While she isn't really the type to cause a scene when something isn't exactly as she expects or wants, she isn't above giving a little backhanded attitude, often times accompanied with heavy sighs as if she really needs to exaggerate her displeasure in something. Nevertheless, it tends to get the point across. With that, she can often times come off as cold or rude, not that she really seems to care. Perhaps it's safe to say that she's more or less a lot to deal with and even more to handle.
HISTORY: Alice was born the middle child and with a silver spoon in her mouth, much like all the children of the de Leon's were. Her family was rather well off, having been invested with Tresteria's royal family for generations. At the time of her birth, her father served as the army's captain, her mother a lady-in-waiting to the ladies of the royal family. Alice and her siblings were provided good lives. They were able to enjoy their childhoods, without the burden of working to help provide for the family at young ages. They were granted a life that most could only dream of, a life that most children never got to see or experience.
Well taken care of, her family was picture perfect. Her mother and father had a happy marriage and she and her siblings had a closeness that could not be wavered. Alice and her other sister Dahlia were taught to be proper young ladies while their little brother was taught to be a strong, capable young man. Their parents had always seemed so in love. David doted on his wife often, typically buying her expensive gifts or showing her off at fancy parties. Addy did her part in tending to the children and providing a clean home with warm meals each and every day. There were no worries, no strife, no arguments. Just a happy family living in harmony with one another, setting the bar high for what a family ought to be.
Alice took up her mother's profession at age 16. She learned the ins and outs of being a lady in waiting from her mother while her father taught her valuable skills such as self defense and how to prepare should someone attack the royal family. By age 18, Alice took up her mother's profession full time and her brother entered into the army. Her parents stepped down from their professions with the royal family, respectfully, and took up farming instead, wanting to give back to a kingdom that had for so long done so much for them. Just in their 50's, they wanted to live simply and peacefully at home with no real responsibility, especially with all three children old enough to mostly fend for themselves.
It was during her 18th year that Alice met a charming man by the name of Darion while enjoying a night on the town. The two hit it off and soon entered a courtship that lasted all of six months before he proposed to her. Still within the honeymoon phase of their relationship, Alice hastily agreed and the two were soon wed. Their marriage lasted all of two years before they divorced after Alice discovered his infidelity. But it wasn't just your average infidelity. Soon after learning of his affair, a new piece of evidence came to light. Only one party had consented to the "passionate" night. With Darion outed as a disloyal man and rapist, Alice ended their short marriage and had Darion arrested shortly after. It was during this same time that she'd also discovered the Queen's significant other being his disloyalty to her, and by extension, his kingdom. Being as devoted to her queen as she was, Alice wasted no time in telling Queen Eleesa of his affair.
After the dust had settled, it was inquired if Alice would like to become a spy for the royal family. She quickly agreed and was immediately initiated into training where she excelled far beyond expectation. While going through training, Alice was able to discover many discrepancies that were reported back to her Queen, all aiding in the betterment of the kingdom as a whole. With the Queen and her family having a light into the darkness outside their palace, it paved the way for them to be able to excel and create a better life for not only the citizens of Tresteria, but also those who lived among the palace. Since then, Alice has used her title of lady in waiting to cover for her double life. She's proven to be a loyal and dependable asset through and through.
