. THE FACTIONS of TERONNA .

THE RIDIRE ORDER
Only the most noble and skilled of fighters will be allowed to enter this order. They define the word chivalry and fight mercilessly for King and country. To be asked by King Allarick to join this order is of the highest honor anyone could possess and serve right beside him.
[Ridire = Knight in Irish; Ridirí = Knights]

THE WARDENS
Some say they are real. Some say they are a myth, a story mothers tell to their children who have been behaving badly. But they do exist and do well to keep their existence as secret as possible. Taking orders directly from the king, this group investigates and hunts down those with magic...and removes them in whatever way they deem fit from the kingdom.

THE MYSTICS
A secretive group that tries to blend in with society, hiding who they really are: Sorcerers, Witches, Wizards, and so on. In fear of certain death, knowing that any magic is banned in Teronna, they must fight to stay alive and, thus, keep quiet. But there are whispers, rumors of the Mystics wanting to rise up once again and restore magic to the lands.

THE RIDIRE ORDER
None. Each Ridire is equal and answers to the King.

THE WARDENS
Within the Warden faction, there are two classes, each with their own way to eliminate the magic users of the kingdom, while there is an Inquisitor, whom all answer to. And this person only answers to the King.

The Warden Inquisitor: Sebastian Arcturis

Praetorians are the front line warriors and direct assassins of the Wardens, those who go into the heat of combat to eliminate the Mystics with their enchanted weapons and items.

-- The Viperidae
Also known as, "The Wardens' Vipers", are the spies and more non-combative assassins of the order, sent to eliminate a target using seduction and poison, among other things. This class usually consists of women, and often at times, women of nobility.

THE MYSTICS
The magic users of the kingdom who are currently being hunted under King Allarick Le'Orin's orders.

Those with magic who have fled to survive in hopes to someday prove that they are not monsters. They will strike back only if they have to.
