APPEARANCE: A woman with warm olive skin, and hair and eyes so dark they are nearly black. Her curvy figure is inherited from both parents; the women of both the Rinaldi and Voce lines were always on the bigger side. Her mother liked to joke that she had 'childbearing hips.' Cosima hasn't put that to the test nearly as much as her mother did, but she laughed about it with her mother when she was pregnant.

Strength: endurance - she can take a beating without giving up due to her stubborn nature
Weakness: aggression - she was constantly getting in trouble for not really hitting her training partners as hard as she could

PERSONALITY: Cosima is a passionate person who becomes quite loud when excited or upset. She often doesn't even realize her volume is increasing until she's nearly yelling. She talks with her hands and laughs loudly. She's a very warm and welcoming person most of the time, but she also won't hesitate to tell someone if their idea is bad, or she disagrees with them. She was much more reserved before her marriage, but she's decided she won't waste her energy trying to fit other people's expectations anymore. 

Her children are extremely important to her, and she would defend them to the death. She spends as much time with them as she can.

HISTORY:
Cosima is the middle child in a family with 5 children--four boys, and just one girl. Cosima and her brothers got along relatively well growing up, they loved her dearly, but they also knew how to get on her nerves. Especially as she got older and wanted to be more serious than they did. She is still fairly close with her brothers and sees them randomly and on holidays. Their parents passed away about four & five years ago, the father first.

Cosima married Domino when she was 20, and a year later she was pregnant with Lia. She was head over heels with the charming lawyer and thought the two of them would have a happy life together. After Lia turned one, though, he seemed bored with her and with their child, feeling like parenting and the work that came with it was holding him back. Cosima did everything she could to put a spark back into their lives, and soon she became pregnant with Pietro.

Things only grew rockier, in spite of all Cosima's efforts and the cuteness of their children. Domino hated to be at home and was constantly away, drinking with friends and attending parties. It wasn't until she found out he'd been frequenting the brothels that Cosima gave up. She asked for a divorce.

Domino gave her the divorce, alright, but he made sure that she kept none of the property and money--after all, she was just the poor daughter of an herb farmer! She hadn't brought any wealth with her into the relationship. Luckily for Cosima, at least, he wasn't interested in custody of their children. He sees them whenever he feels the urge, often giving them expensive gifts...but ones that aren't suited for the childrens' interests at all. They have been divorced for five years.

Cosima started as a cook for a large household while she was married, but soon made herself known for her masterful work. After her divorce, she started working extra as the head chef on a few events, where she met her new employer as a private family chef. She is now the private chef for the Beneviti family--a wealthy family in Venitzia whose patriarch is known for his work as a shipwright (although he does little of the actual building anymore). She has rooms in the family's dimora, but only for herself--her children stay with Zia Padma on the Orchard. She spends as many nights out there as she can, but if the Benevitis are hosting parties and things, she is forced to stay separate.

CHILDREN:
Lia Rossi: A sweet girl of eight, whose interests include butterflies, flowers, and sweets. She is learning from her mother how to make cakes and biscotti.

Pietro Rossi: A young boy of six who is wise beyond his years. He likes to read and is especially fond of history. He is fascinated by the Nostras that reformed Noistar, and loves going to the museum with Mama and Zia Padma.

Why will they belong in this Tier?: I think this is likely the best fit. Right now she is a chef working for a wealthy family in Venitzia, but she's also in the process of starting her own restaurant which would be open to anyone.
