For about ten seconds, Apollo thought he might have lost his pursuer. He was at once triumph and a little disappointed it hadn't been that long of a chase. Oh well, no matter! He had what he- he-
And then the white hair stranger appeared on another side of the roof and was barreling toward him. The thief attempted to spin out of the way, but he was caught by surprise that the man hadn't simply followed him. Most people were pretty stupid like that.
The next moment he was on his back, shoulders slamming into the roofing. Apollo saw stars for a half second and then everything crashed back to him and he tried to scramble up and out of the guy's arms and back to his feet, squirming and kicking determinedly. He wasn't about to give up his prize that easily.
"Gotta...eat somehow," he hissed, also out of breath though more because it had been knocked out of him.

Leti wasn't about to let the theif go without an earful. He held the man down with mostlybody weight as he retreived the coin purse. He let out a rather dissapointed sounding sigh. While holding the thief to the roof he was able to catch his breath a bit. It was hard to take that phrase at face value considering the man had literally already eaten. Leti knew he meant it in the less literal sense but it still felt like a half-truth. "Stealing wont put food in your stomach forever. one day you'll get caught by someone who cares for coin more than I. They wont let you leave quite so unharmed. " he chided as he adjusted himself to hold the man down with one arm and dig a handful of coins out of the patch. However instead of putting his coin purse back or droping the coins, he put the handful in his own pocket. "I hope you leave the life of a theif behind before that happens. You seemed like a good man.'' He still wanted to belive that there was something earnest in the younger man, that he actually had done it out of neccesity. With one last look of disaproval he left the mostly full bag of coin by the thief and disentangled himself. He stood up and patted himself off. Nothing about the way he moved made it seem like he was going to prusue the stranger any longer. Or indeed that he had really cared about the money to start with. Maybe the chase was just a little bit fun for the healer too. Not that he would admit so outloud.

Try as he might, there wasn't nuch he could do to escape. He considered biting the fuy but he wasn't all that desperate. It was a lot of half lies, after all. Not that he would admit it. Best to know when he was beaten and move on.
Apollo heard the start of the lecture and promptly groaned, complaining over the man. "...sound like my brother," he whined.
As Leti moved to hold him down with one arm, he did finally managed to shove the guy off and slink away. He was a soldier after all. A small, thin of frame one but he had enough muscle to move his own body weight up a building.
He rolled his eyes at being called a 'good man.' It did make a small part of him a little proud of the distinction but in his experience 'good men' died young. Not to mention that sort of life sounded boring in comparison to his own.
Apollo sat slant-wize on the roof, watching the stranger with narrowed eyes as he set aside the coin purse, not trusting that it was an honest gesture of help. The hesitation lasted only a moment before he snatched up the pouch and scrambled to the top of the roof, stradling the beam for a moment and looking down at the healer thoughtfully. A grin broke over his features, whatever he had been thinking over pushed to the background. "Lemme know if you ever wanna do that again, stranger! Stay safe in the capital!" And then he was off along the roof again.
